Studio Niree — Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Studio Niree piece. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Return Window Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• Free of damage, perfume, or signs of use
• Returned in original packaging when possible

How to Initiate a Return Email us at studioniree@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll resolve it promptly.
